In the Ligurian dialect, “Majé” refers to the stone terraces of the region. Sourced from vines less than 50 years old planted in limestone-rich soils mixed with white and blue clay, dense with fossils. The bulk of the grapes come mainly from the hill of Garaxin, above the village of Pogli, 210-260 meters above sea level. The grapes are destemmed, soft-pressed, and fermented at 18 degrees celsius. Aged in stainless steel tanks for five months on the lees.
