Grand Marnier (50ML)
With its iconic bottle design shaped in the image of a cognac pot still with red ribbon and wax seal, Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge has remained the same 'grand' libation it was when Louis-Alexandre Marnier Lapostolle conceived this then 'avant-garde' liqueur in 1880. A fusion of 51% cognac and 49% orange liqueur, both of which are distilled at the company's Château de Bourg-Charente distillery and blended and bottled under the auspices of Grand Marnier's Gaillon-Aubevoye facility. Full in-house production assures a consistently top quality spirit with timeless appeal. Drink neat in a snifter, held in the palm of the hand to gently warm the spirit and release its full aromatic expression, over a large ice cube, or use in Margaritas for a certain "je ne sais quoi" not delivered on by standard triple sec, or use in a Sidecar, Cosmopolitan or French 75 to name a few of the boundless mixing possibilities offered by Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge. Grand Marnier has a delightfully heady aroma of candied orange zest and vanilla, palette of bitter orange and caramelized sugar, with a long finish of toffee and hazelnut. Made in France; 40% abv.
