Rey Campero Tepeztate Mezcal (750ML)
Mezcal produced in Candelaria Yegolé, Zoquitlán, Oaxaca by Maestro Mezcalero Vicente Sánchez Parada from 100% wild Tepextate (Agave marmorata). Cooked in a conical earthen pit and milled using a traditional stone tahona. Fermented in open-air wooden tinas and distilled twice using traditional wood-fired copper pot stills. Aromas of white flowers and yellow pepper lay the foundation for an expressive mid-palate of coriander, fresh grass, and banana leaf with a textbook Tepextate finish of jalapeño and Sichuan peppercorn. 48% ABV.
